Not just a warm-hearted little road trip film, but a lovely vignette of a father and son relationship too. Best moment was the recreated scene from the postcard of figures in the landscape looking over at the glacier. The most poignant was Robin's sudden sorrow at the realisation, that the glacier will not be there for him to return to in adulthood. An insight into a sadness awaiting him.

Great little film. I am glad that Robin met with the glacier. I met one in about 1972/3 when I was in my late teens/early 20's. I have never been back to see it ... but know that it has retreated a long way now. I would probably not be able to walk on it or look into the deep blue of its side by squeezing between it and its lateral moraine as I did then. It was sad to see Robin sad ... but at least you gave him (and all of us) the experience of the trip and the encounter. Many thanks. Dave Asthouart

A very poignant, honest and thought provoking movie. A reminder to appreciate the beauty in the world around us as well as a reflection on its fragility. Lovely to see the journey through the eyes of Robin too. Awesome soundtrack, loved this Chris!
